The Week in Flux - 10/01

Lo Flux Media is excited to announce our Community Partnership with NadaMucho.com for their annual 3-day music festival, #Nadafest. The event is in its fourth year and features bands, both past and present, who were featured on NadaMucho's annual "Bands to Watch" list. This year, performers include Crazy Eyes, Nauticult, Happy Heartbreak, Weep Wave and Lo Flux Media favorites Actionesse, DIRTY DIRTY, and Patrick Galactic, and many others.

A celebration of emerging Seattle artists, #Nadafest takes place at Substation from October 19-21st. Bands will be performing alternately on the Main Stage and Chandelier room, making it possible to see every artist on the bill.

There will be 24 artists performing in total, 8 per day. Admission for each day is just $10. Come celebrate Seattle's emerging artists and spend the weekend falling in love with the newest and most innovative bands Seattle has to offer.

Speaking of Patrick Galactic, his monthly celebration of Seattle's singer-songwriter community, "Patrick Galactic's Lo-Fi All-Stars" will take place this Sunday, October 7th at High Dive in Ballard. Featured this month will be Immensity Crumb (members of Clearly Beloved), Kelly Fleek of The Spider Ferns, and Freman! Tickets are just $6 advance, $8 at the door. Speaking of The Spider Ferns, they have announced their west coast tour dates for October! More dates will be announced shortly.
